Physical and Spiritual Health |
Physical health is a major component in the meaning of being fully healthy, in the form of a human figure with clean skin appearance, glowing eyes, neatly combed hair, wearing neat clothes, muscular, not fat, bad breath, good appetite, sleeping soundly, nimble and all the physiological benefits normal body path. Healthy mental and physical health are always linked to both of them in the old adage Men Sana In Corpore Sano which means a healthy soul is in a healthy body. WHO which is an organization in the field of health that was born in 1948, finally emerged the definition of health that is "complete physical, mental, and social well-being and not just the absence of disease or weakness".
