Causes of Acne
Dead skin cells
Generally, pimples are caused by excess oil glands because of the active production of androgen hormones. Acne arises because excess oil glands are mixed with dead skin cells. When skin cells are mixed with the amount of dust or dirt that has increased, a thick and sticky mixture it can form a stopper that turns into black or white spots. Many assume that acne only attacks the face, but acne can also attack other body parts, such as the back, chest and upper arms.
Cosmetics
Blockage of pores often occurs by the use of cosmetics that contain lots of oil or the use of powder that blends with the foundation. The foundation contained in the powder causes the powder to clog pores easily.
Stress
Actually, stress does not directly cause acne. The problem is, there are certain hormones that come out when a person is stressed, which allows the growth of acne. Not only that, stress makes the person has a diet that tends to consume lots of sweet and fatty foods, as an "escape" from stress.
Mobile / Cellphone
The surface of a cell phone can be a fertile medium for bacterial growth. To prevent this, regularly clean the surface of the phone with alcohol, and try not to stick the mobile phone to the cheek when calling.
Drugs

Bacteria

Type
Blackheads are actually clogged pores, can be open or closed. Blackheads that are open (blackhead) , look like enlarged and blackened pores. Closed blackheads (whiteheads) have skin that grows over clogged pores so that they look like small white bumps. This type of blackheads are caused by dead skin cells and excessive secretion of oil glands in the skin.

It is named propionibacterium because it is able to produce propionic acid (propionic acid). This bacterium is an anaerobic type so that it can live without the need for oxygen, and has aerotolerant characteristics that cause irritation to the surrounding area. Bacteria that infect can be from washcloths, makeup brushes, fingers, also the telephone. Stress, hormones and moist air, can increase the likelihood of acne formation.
